In 2017, the Strategic Banking Corporation of Ireland (SBCI), an organisation tasked with helping Irish SMEs to develop and innovate, was looking to pivot their operations towards becoming a more public-facing organisation.

With that as the goal, that is where Adam & Ed Creative stepped in.


The Creative audit / understanding the business

Every business is individual, and every message is unique. As such, it’s vitally important for us to first understand how you work, what you’ve done in the past, and how you wish to grow in the future.

With any new client, through a series of contact sessions, or the Creative Audit as we call it, we will look to understand your business from top to bottom, so we can best deliver on the brief.

From this creative audit, we will learn what has been done before, who your stakeholders are, and what needs to be done next.

developing the strategy

Before we jump into the asset creation, we first develop and deliver a comprehensive campaign strategy, taking our learning from the creative audit to inform the campaign message, the tone of voice, the methods of engagements and the timeline for delivery.

At all stages of this process, we will regularly update you on our progress and intended direction, to make sure you retain full ownership over the creative direction of your business.

Once the strategy has been delivered and time project plan agreed, then we get down to the citty gritty of asset creation, campaign activation and daily management.

Our asset creation will be informed by the project brief, but can include marquee video assets, radio content, graphic design and display,. photography, blogs, branded events, and anything else you can think of.

Then we will activate and manage the campaign as it runs throughout its project plan, regularly reporting on outcomes, regularly reviewing progress to ensure the campaign continues to evolve effectively.

Having collaborative, transparent and regular contact sessions between agency and client is vital for us, to make sure that your message is being told the way you need it to be told, and that your campaign delivers the strategic objectives. This will happen throughout the project length, whether that be weeks, days or years.
