The Brief
To create an engaging and visually unique story to highlight the challenges of mental health and encourage a positive national dialogue on the subject.
The Challenge
Although, the video features a former International rugby player, we feel that the message at the heart of the campaign is universal, so we set ourselves the task of simplifying the video to make sure it had a real impact on a human-level and would resonate equally with non-sports fans as well as those familiar with Shane and his heroics on the pitch. We had limited time, a small budget and one awful day on Howth Head to get in all done. The concept had to be flexible to cope with the changeable conditions while still delivering a strong and lasting visual image.
